I believe that my prices are reasonable and affordable.
Each session with me is £30 per person. Each session is approximately an 1 hour which includes weight in and measure as well as training.
In your first session we will discuss any concerns that you may have with regard to your personal training sessions. You will be able to ask me any questions you have.
I will discuss with you what you are expecting from your sessions and how we together will work at reaching your goals.
We will also do an initial physical assessment to obtain the vital statistics needed to track your progress with a follow-up every month.
We will also discuss what nutritional needs you have and how these can be obtained and maintained.
Each session is private and confidential so there is no need for you to feel uncomfortable.

Prices include diet analysis, weekly review, diet plan and home exercise plan as well as stretches for specific aches and pains or postural correction.
